As part of Data Society Group, CDO Magazine connects executives through trusted content, research, events, and peer-driven conversations focused on real-world data and AI leadership.

We are looking for a contract Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound outreach and meeting generation for CDO Magazine sponsorships, partnerships, and strategic conversations.

The Role
This is a part-time, contract SDR role focused on outbound prospecting and meeting generation, with a strong emphasis on expert-level email outreach and LinkedIn cold outreach.

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and booking qualified discovery meetings with potential sponsors, partners, and senior leaders aligned to CDO Magazine’s audience and offerings.

This role is ideal for someone who can cut through inbox noise, craft effective cold outreach, and start high-quality conversations with executive-level buyers.

Contract Logistics

  • 60 hours per month (~15 hours per week) at the rate of 30,000 PHP/month
  • 4,500PHP bonus for every completed, qualified meeting 
  • Remote, flexible schedule with some overlap with US Hours required (EST Time Zone)
  • Independent contractor (this is not an employment contract and benefits will not be provided)

What You’ll Do

  • Own outbound prospecting primarily through email and LinkedIn cold outreach
  • Research and identify target companies and contacts (marketing leaders, partnerships leaders, demand gen, event sponsors, and senior executives)
  • Craft and personalize high-performing cold emails and LinkedIn messages
  • Execute outreach sequences with disciplined follow-up
  • Test, refine, and optimize messaging to improve response and meeting rates
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (role fit, relevance, sponsorship or partnership potential)
  • Book discovery meetings directly onto the CDO Magazine calendar
  • Provide clear notes and context for each scheduled meeting
  • Track outreach activity and outcomes in CRM or shared tools
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership at Data Society Group to align outreach with events, research, and sponsorship opportunities

Who You Are

  • Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales contractor
  • Expert in cold email and LinkedIn outbound outreach
  • Strong written communication skills with an executive-level tone
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and asking for meetings
  • Highly organized and reliable in a remote, contractor environment
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus
  • Experience selling sponsorships, media, events, or B2B partnerships a plus
  • Familiarity with data, AI, analytics, or technology audiences a plus
  • Experience working in performance-based or fractional sales roles a plus
